At ShopKuick, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day replacement policy under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    • To process your replacement request, you must provide a clear unboxing video of the package as proof.

    • If the unboxing video is not provided, we will not be able to process the return or refund.

  2. Size Issues: If the product does not fit as expected, you can opt for a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as perishable goods, personal hygiene items, and customized products may not be eligible for return or replacement.

  4. Refunds: Refunds will only be processed in cases where a replacement is not available. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after the return is approved.
